Simon has had senior commercial and financial roles including KPMG Chartered Accountants, Lend Lease, Twin Waters & Hyatt Coolum Resorts and General Manager of a hotel group in Queensland. He specialises in hospitality management reporting and strategic finance and has served on several listed ASX and NSX boards.
Jason has over 21yrs experience in the industry working across hospitality operations and management. He specialises in stock control, operations management, provisioning & loss prevention, as well as management & maintenance of beer/spirits reticulation systems.
